RFID Magnetic Locking Safety Switches

For machine builders seeking to achieve tamper-proof machine safety solutions, Omron's D40ML series offers a flexible, tamper-resistant, and robust door switch that meets PLe/Category 4. The different housing and holding force options make it easier to pick the right door switch for your application in almost any environment. Also, the stainless steel 316 version with IP69K rating makes it suitable for CIP and SIP processes.

It offers two actuator types, basic and unique, and both offer tolerance for misalignment. The basic code means all actuators in the system are identically coded. The unique means that every actuator is individually coded, with any of 32,000,000 possible codes.
