The Red Lion PM-50 graphical panel meters bring the simplicity of traditional panel displays into the connected era of IIoT. These next-generation meters, available with 3.5-inch or 4.3-inch full-color touchscreens, let operators visualize equipment performance and status in real time with vibrant graphics and intuitive swipe navigation. The PM-50 series frees critical production data from being siloed on the plant floor by providing built-in Wi-Fi along with wired Ethernet and RS-485(Modbus) connectivity, allowing remote access to workflow and process insights via the Red Lion mobile app or any web browser. Visual alarms are integrated into the display, users can configure the screen’s color to change for status alerts or fault conditions, instantly notifying on-site staff, while simultaneous push notifications can be sent to remote personnel through the PM-50 smartphone app. Both sizes have analog and digital input variants, providing models for both counting and rate applications, as well as process, DC current and voltage, and temperature inputs. The base digital 4.3-inch variant is capable of accepting and displaying two inputs at the same time, while the analog 4.3-inch variant provides the same dual input functionality with the addition of Red Lion Analog Input Module (PMM000I0ANI00000).
