Laird offers the industry's first flexible PIFA (patent-pending) antenna. Laird's design delivers strong performance in challenging environments, providing the user unmatched flexibility to solve their real-world antenna design challenges. The PIFA design provides consistent performance across a broad array of environments and enclosures, as well as plastic, metal, or even body-worn applications. It has the ability to be flexed in either concave or convex directions without sacrificing antenna performance, providing more flexibility in placement of the antenna. The small size and adhesive-backing give further mounting flexibility within a design. These antennas are available in both 2.4 GHz and dual-band 2.4/5.5 GHz versions.
