BUK7J2R4-80MX/BUK7Y3R1-80MX N-Channel MOSFETs Nexperia BUK7J2R4-80MX and BUK7Y3R1-80MX high-performance N-channel MOSFETs use the latest Trench 14 low-ohmic split-gate technology. These MOSFETs are housed in a compact LFPAK56E package, ensuring ultra-low RDS(on) and high efficiency. Both models are fully qualified to meet AEC-Q101 standards, making them ideal for demanding automotive applications. The BUK7J2R4-80MX offers a maximum drain current of 231 A and a drain-source voltage of 80 V, while the BUK7Y3R1-80MX supports a continuous drain current of 160 A with the same voltage rating. These MOSFETs provide fast and efficient switching, optimal damping, and low spiking, ensuring reliable performance in various power management and control systems.
