                    RECOM’s AEC-Q100 qualified buck converters with integrated shielded inductor
    

RECOM’s RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q series buck converters in a compact 3 mm x 5 mm x 1.6 mm thermally enhanced QFN package with wettable flanks feature 4 V_DC to 36 V_DC input and 0.5 A and 1.5 A outputs. The output voltage is adjustable between 0.8 V_DC and 30 V_DC, which can be set with two external resistors. These converters have an impressively wide operating temperature range of -40°C up to +125°C. Both series are fully protected and have enable, power good, soft start, and sync functions.

Each module has an adaptable evaluation board with thermal design considerations included for application testing.
