H-Bridge Driver IC

PWM output H-Bridge driver ICs featuring variable speed control for DC brush motors

H Bridge Driver IC

ROHM's H-bridge driver ICs offer a simple solution for high efficiency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) motor speed control, using either the built-in VREF-variable function to change the duty pulse or direct PWM control via TTL (logic-level) input from an MCU.

The broad lineup is offered in a range of voltage classes (7 V, 18 V, and 36 V), current ratings (0.5 A, 1.0 A, and 2.0 A), and package types for maximum compatibility. All models feature a wide operating temperature range (-40 to 85°C) and 0 μA standby current, minimizing power consumption.
