Using GreenPAK designer software and GreenPAK development kits, designers can create and program a perfect custom circuit in minutes.

GreenPAK devices are ideal for functional replacement of popular mixed-signal standard products, often in combination, and provide reliable hardware safety, supervisory, and reset functions for software-coded devices, such as SoCs and microcontrollers.

Renesas includes 50 blank ICs with each GreenPAK socket adapter, allowing developers to start prototyping after selecting the programming evaluation board and correct socket for their application without needing to purchase additional blank ICs.

  • Load switches configure the GreenPAK and, at the same time, control high drive current power switches
  • Asynchronous state machine develops users' custom state machine designs
  • Low drop out regulators divide a complex power system into local power regions to support loads in the immediate vicinity
  • In-system programmability easily modifies the configuration or adds functionality to the device by programming the NVM
  • High-voltage devices take advantage of the combined mixed-signal logic and high-voltage H-bridge functionality
  • Automotive devices integrate many system functions into a single AEC-Q100 qualified IC analog device, which creates unique analog circuits combined with GreenPAK configurable logic
