Image of Renesas' SLG46620 High Functionality GreenPAKRenesas' SLG46620V is a highly versatile, low powered, small integrated circuit (IC) to design commonly used mixed-signal functions. The designer can create their circuit design by programming the one time non-volatile memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the I/O pins, and the macro. The macro cells include ADC, DAC, comparators, voltage reference, look up tables, counters, delays, flip-flops, latches, slave SPI, and more, all in a STQFN-20 package.
