Image of Infineon AIROC™ CYW55913/2/1 Connected MCU The Infineon AIROC CYW55913/2/1 family of connected MCUs supports 1x1, tri-band (CYW55913), dual-band (CYW55912), and single-band (CYW55911), Wi-Fi® 6/6E, and supports up to 1024 QAM (MCS11) in 20 MHz channels along with Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.4. The devices support a 192 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor with Arm TrustZone CC312, and include 768 KB of SRAM, with a QSPI interface for expanding FLASH and PSRAM with execute-in-place (XIP) and on-the-fly (OTF) encryption and decryption. CYW55913/2/1 provide best-in-class Wi-Fi range and features Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4, supporting Long Range . The devices are intended to be the primary MCU in the system, or to offload a host processor from Wi-Fi and networking functions.

The AIROC CYW55913/2/1 connected MCUs are available in modules through Infineon partners including Ezurio, AzureWave, and Quectel.

The AIROC CYW55913 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy connected MCU evaluation kit (CYW955913EVK-01) enables the evaluation, prototyping, and development of a wide array of Internet of Things (IoT) applications using the AIROC CYW55913. The CYW955913EVK-01, paired with the ModusToolbox™ software and tools, form a powerful but easy-to-use toolset that helps create Wi-Fi- and Bluetooth-enabled IoT solutions. The CYW955913EVK-01 offers footprint compatibility with Arduino shields. The development environment is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. In addition, the kit features an onboard programmer/debugger (KitProg3).
