The Infineon Technologies BTG70008A-1ESW is a robust single-channel high-side power switch from the PROFET Wire Guard family, engineered for reliable wire protection in next-generation automotive E/E architectures. Featuring integrated I²t wire protection that emulates wire stress characteristics, adjustable overcurrent thresholds for fast failure isolation, enhanced diagnostic capabilities, and low-power automatic idle mode, this advanced automotive eFuse delivers intelligent, dependable power distribution. Fully automotive qualified (AEC-Q100) and developed according to ISO26262 for safety-critical applications, it replaces traditional melting fuses, helping reduce wiring harness weight and complexity while ensuring safety, efficiency, and durability in modern vehicle power systems.
