13065/13013 Series Wire-to-Board Connectors

IRISO 13065 (two-row type) and 13013 (one-row type) series wire-to-board connectors are perfect for automotive and industrial applications. Designed with ease of use and strict automotive specifications in mind, the connectors come in a variety of sizes and keying options to fit the needs of unique products.

These harness connectors have adopted 0.5 mm terminals instead of the conventional 0.64 mm terminals, reducing the volume by about 55% compared to conventional products. This reduction in size and weight is particularly beneficial for the mobility market where electrification is advancing. Additionally, its +125°C high heat resistance and rugged strength mean that it can be safely used in internal connections of powertrain equipment for construction and agricultural machinery used in harsh environments, as well as in factory automation equipment.

With a 2.0 mm pitch, these connectors come in either one or two rows with two and three keying options, respectively. They comply with the USCAR-2 Rev. 6 automotive specification and feature a positive locking mechanism and a small wire size (0.3 sq-mm).

These connectors are built to last with a bridge structure to prevent deformation, metal fittings that hold their strength without screws, and feature a unique crimping terminal structure that is patent pending. This unique structure keeps the overall size of the connector small, saving the customer space and weight. The positive locking mechanism ensures a safe and proper connection and easy assembly.
