Micro Commercial Components (MCC) features their SLD series AEC grade TVS for load dump protection

Image of MCC's SLD Series TVSMCC's high power TVS offers 6000 W of peak power dissipation with both bidirectional and unidirectional types. By optimizing its internal structure design, it has an increased 20% power rating than similar 5 KP series. An internal glass passivated chip with 175°C junction temperature enables this series to be more robust for some demanding applications. It is ideal for automotive load dump protection.
