Skyworks Solutions' front-end modules are perfect for a user working with IoT applications. They cover a wide range of applications with a diverse portfolio of FEMs that help to facilitate growth in the wireless markets. These FEMs combine industry-leading power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, and switch functions into single low-cost, laminate-based, multi-chip modules.
These devices are manufactured using Skyworks' proprietary heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) power amplifier process and low-loss pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) switch technologies. They deliver superior handset talk and standby time for mobile applications as well as extended range and efficiency for IoT applications such as automotive, connected home, industrial, M2M, medical, smart energy, and wearables.
