Stanley’s 1105H series infrared LED is a special LED utilizing Stanley’s special in-house lens technology with one of the industry’s highest output powers from a mid-power LED
Stanley's JGN1105H is a very compact LED package of 2.5 mm x 1.6 mm x 1.85 mm that emits infrared light of 850 nm. Even with such a small surface mount package, the device has the ability to generate high power of 50 mW at 50 mA, 100 mW/sr at 100 mA at a narrow 30° spatial distribution which are higher than a PLCC and through-hole type LEDs.
