Remote I/O Solutions
Optimize machine control systems with remote I/O solutions from Banner Engineering
Banner Engineering remote I/O blocks help machine builders optimize control system design, performance, and space efficiency with compact form factors, multi-protocol support, and on-board programmability. Additionally, these products offer features such as reduced wiring and costs associated with installation, integration, and diagnostics.
Banner multi-protocol Ethernet I/O blocks help optimize control system performance, support multiple industrial communication protocols, and give system designers incredible flexibility. The I/O blocks simplify setup and operation, making it easy for users to understand how their machines are performing. The blocks also support cloud connectivity and offer advanced programming capabilities.
Banner IO-Link masters allow the collection of factory data from IO-Link devices and send it directly to cloud systems, PLCs, SCADAs, and HMIs. Each IO-Link master can connect up to 2 or 4 IO-Link devices (model dependent).
Banner IO-Link hubs allow many discrete sensors and actuators to be connected to an IO-Link master via standard M12 cables. Each hub can connect up to 8 or 16 sensors or actuators (model dependent) via IO-Link. These solutions can be combined with Banner IO-Link Masters to transmit discrete IO to a higher-level control system.
Banner Modbus RTU I/O blocks allow multiple discrete and analog devices to connect to a Modbus or IO-Link network. They provide great interoperability and flexibility by being compatible with a wide range of hardware, regardless of the manufacturer or type.
