Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS)

Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) wordt gebruikt om analoge golfvormen van verschillende frequenties van een digitaal signaal te produceren. Het wordt gebruikt voor frequentieregeling in draadloze systemen die over een breed bereik moeten vegen. De hoofdfrequenties klokken zijn 5 MHz, 16 MHz, 16.776 MHz, 25 MHz, 50 MHz, 75 MHz, 125 MHz, 180 MHz, 200 MHz, 250 MHz, 300 MHz, 400 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, 2.5 GHz en 3 GHz met een resolutie van 10 b, 12 b, of 14 b.
